Costa Luz Properties is a totally independent, British owned business based in the Cadiz province of Andalucia and covering the Costa de la Luz both coastal and inland.

After several years of working in real estate on the Costa del Sol, followed by almost three years pioneering the vast open spaces of Extremadura doing the same, we have now come back to Andalucia, to the beautiful white villages, the golden beaches and a way of life that is enchanting.

We offer you a totally personalized service, in which everything is done to suit you, the individual.  We don’t have several flashy offices, give out glossy magazines, nor do we have thousands of properties on our books.  We simply ascertain your likes and dislikes and then take it from there.

This is as important to us as it is to you.  If you are happy with the way we have looked after you, then  you will tell other people.  If you are not, the same applies.
